Update online monitoring histogram binning for MUCTPI ByteStream converter

  • WordTypeCounts -> reduce y-axis range to 0-150
  • NumOutputRoIs -> reduce y-axis range to 0-100
  • BCIDOffsetsWrtROB -> shift binning by 0.5 to align bin centres on integer values (required for a DQ check online)
