Fixing of TrfTestsART after jet config changes in RAWtoALL
While trying to fix issues with IDTIDE in reprocessing tests with derived outputs that have been present for many months now, I realized that TrfTestsART are failing as of yesterday when the jet configuration was changed in RAWtoALL (from Run-2 style to Run-3 style, see !51328 (merged)). This MR attempts at restoring the TrfTestsART.
