Change energy resolution for gTE (SumEt) in Trigger Menu and modify gFEX EDM

With this MR, the following changes are included:

• the value for the gTE (gFEX SumEt) resolution is modified (this was decided after internal discussions with the gFEX group, and documented in ATR-25235)
• the gFEX Global EDM includes an additional aux variable for the energy scale of the TOB, to allow setting two different scales for the two objects in the TOB
• the Global EDM is initialized with the TOB word and two energy scales (rather than one)

I am not sure what went wrong in your local tests, but on the CI we only see a residual error in the unit tests here
