Updating deltaR calculation

Sergi Rodriguez Bosca requested to merge serodrig/athena:new_deltaR into master

This MR is meant to update the DeltaR calculation for SRjet in the Offline software simulation for jFEX. With this the mapping in the FWD is completed and the corresponding TT are placed in the correct position and energy ring (as done in the firmware).
