This MR adds the ARTs for the new derivation formats recently introduced in master. I took this opportunity to cleanup/update a bit also the script we use (locally) to create the ART scripts. This script was still the R21 version, but many formats have been dropped (since they moved to PHYS), hence some cleanup.
