Disable HLTResultMTMaker options using DetectorMask when running on MC

Clear the HLTResultMTMaker options ExtraROBs and ExtraSubDets when running on MC (in the RDO->BS workflow). Their use requires the ByteStreamMetaData with DetectorMask to be available, which is not the case when running on POOL files.
