Update MET TVA working point
This updates the track-to-vertex association working point used for some pieces of MET reconstruction to a new recommendation Nonprompt_All_MaxWeight
(previously was a deprecated R21 one). I believe this only affects track MET: the track soft term in normal MET is currently subject to
- Whatever the charged hadron subtraction for PFOs uses (currently already
Nonprompt_All_MaxWeight
), in the case of PFlow MET - d0 < 2mm and z0sinTheta < 3mm (equivalent to the R21
Nominal
WP) for non-PFlow MET. I haven't changed this here; I suspect it won't matter much in practice since the recommendation will be to always use PFlow MET in R22.
This should resolve ATLASRECTS-6151.
