Add xAOD::TruthHelpers::getFinalCopy (master sweep)

Manual sweep of !51266 (merged) (copyright change conflicted).

Add xAOD::TruthHelpers::getFinalCopy to get the final copy of a truth particle. Useful for truth analysis.
