Muon trigger truth monitoring updates

Harriet Watson requested to merge hawatson/athena:HW_master_TrigMuonTruthMonMT into master

Updates are added to the muon trigger monitoring package TrigMuonTruthMonMT:

  • Histograms of truth eta, phi, pT and are now implemented for EFCB, HLT and L1 matched truth muons.
  • Post-processing function divides matched/total truth muons to produce efficiency histograms for given trigger chains.
  • pT distributions also produced separately for barrel and endcap.
