NSW Simulation - Fix crash in sTGC pad trigger code when running on data

A MR to fix the crash in sTGC pad trigger code when running the Run3 L1 muon simulation on Run 3 data, similar as !51412 (merged). Corresponding JIRA thread ATR-25211
