Implement missing L1Topo TOBs

This MR affects the L1Topo simulation and applies the following changes:

  • Implement the remaining L1Topo TOBs (jTE, gXE, gMHT, gTE).
  • Fill the TOBs inside the L1Topo input providers.
  • Propagate these new classes inside the L1Topo simulation.
  • Fix format to be consistent between providers (WIP).
  • Fix typos.

This MR does not enable the corresponding multiplicity algorithms, that is to be done in a separate one.
