fix warning in DAOD production (and potentially multiple writes to a same decoration)

This MR prevent scheduling an unecessary InDetUsedInVertexFitTrackDecorator alg.

This fixes warnings appearing in DAOD productions and can potentially help preventing multiple write access to a same decoration.
