VP1BatchOnLatestEvent: migrated to xAOD::EventInfo

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:master-vp1batch into master

Switched from the legacy EventInfo to xAOD::EventInfo in VP1BatchOnLatestEvent. Also switched to ATH_MSG macros for messaging
