Hello,

This MR adds two ReadDecorHandleKey to JetPFlowSelectionAlg in order to ensure that decorations are created before they are accessed. The keys are only declared and initialised, not used any further. It is meant to address ATLASRECTS-6958. It's a lightweight version of !52008 (merged) .
