Adding missing Truth Links to PHYSLITE

I discovered that the TruthLink for AnalysisElectrons, AnalysisMuons and AnalysisPhotons is missing from PHYSLITE. This merge request fixes this bug by adding the relevant items to the PHYSLITE job options.
