Removed references to McEventInfo SG key from a few python files

  1. TrackingCommon.py. Removed the apparently unused function getEventInfoKey() (CC @goetz )
  2. TRUTH1.py. Removed the entry for McEventInfo key. (CC @jcatmore )
  3. applyST.py. Fixed the key for xAOD::EventInfo. (CC @salderwe . Btw, is this script ever used in the master? I could not find any references to it.)
