Save SiSp tracks when pseudo tracks flag is turned on

Sebastien Rettie requested to merge srettie/athena:master-srettie-add-sisp-tracks into master

Following !51657 (merged), we would like to add the InDetSiSPSeededTracksParticles container to the DAOD_PHYSVAL output when the AddPseudoTracks flag is turned on. This MR provides that functionality.
