Updates to the MM and sTGC readout description

Revision of MuonChannelDesign. In addition to cleanup, added the following main changes:

  • channel length calculation: for MMs, increased the length of routed stereo strips to the full length (as if they were not routed), as discussed with the group. For sTGCs, updated the calculation to take into account the diamond shape of QL3.
  • distance to readout calculation: updated the calculation for strips to take into account the side on which the FE.
  • For MM, added a function to provide the half-length of a stereo strip on the left or right side of the X-axis, since they are uneven. Might be useful.
