AnalysisTop: Rename muon related settings and add an option to set electron trigger string

The first change is just renaming some of the options to make it clear they are related to muons.

The second change is a small addition of a new option that allows to set the trigger string from the config file - this will be needed for Run 3 MC with the new trigger names
