Fixing LAr yields histograms

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArFEBMon into master

This should fix some problems found in new LAr histograms, which should be of yield type, and original implementation was wrong, not giving proper results. The proper post-processing was also added.
