TCT pilotBeam tests update

Julien Maurer requested to merge (removed):master-TCT-update-140422 into master

Update test_expressProcessing_pilotBeam.sh settings from x621 to x623, and test_bulkProcessing_pilotBeam.sh from f1204 to f1207. These tags both contain an additional pre-Exec to avoid the error reported in ATR-25320.
