xAODTruthCnv: HepMC3 fixes

  • Add a sort step in order to process GenParticles in barcode order.
  • Skip the dummy initial production vertex implicitly added by HepMC3.
  • HepMC3 renames GenVertex::id() to GenVertex::status().
  • Remove an unneeded const_cast.
