GSF spring cleanup

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:GSF_material_defaults_rm into master

  • Remove un-needed methods from the GsfExtrapolator

  • Pass (no default) explicitly the Particle hypothesis down the call chain. Part of being specific on what is done

  • Add comments/rename variables as as to be cleaner that Mat Effects can be != Bethe Heitler BH ones

  • Rename GarbageBin to RecycleBin
