Update library version used in old-style configuration of Frozen Showers to match CA-based configuration.

Follows on from !51569 (merged) where the CA-based configuration was updated to use the new MC21_v1 version of the Frozen Shower libraries, but the old-style configuration was not.

Should fix ATLASSIM-5781
