Added Run-3 cuts on eProbabilityHT for conversion reconstruction
After a set of cuts for TRT-related variables used in photon conversion reconstruction has been devised for Run-3 conditions, this new set of cuts is to be implemented alongside the previously used set of cuts. Cuts on eProbabilityHT are now chosen based on LHC period. Relevant changes have been implemented both for the legacy and new configuration system. A second MR that changes photon-conversion-reconstruction-related cuts on nTRT will follow.
