Externals Update, master branch (2022.04.20.)

Upgraded all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.130. The list of changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.129 is (atlasexternals@2.0.129...2.0.130):

• Updated histgrinder to version 0.1.5 (thanks to @ponyisi);
• Updated CLHEP to version CLHEP_2_4_1_3_atl03 (fixing ATR-24831, thanks to @jchapman);
• Removed VecGeom from AthenaExternals and AthSimulationExternals, and stopped Geant4 from using it (pinging @mbandier and @bmorgan).

The updates should work fine in an incremental build as well, but just to be on the safe side, let's put the MR through full testing.
