Updating EDM for ActsTrk::SpacePoint

Updating EDM for ActsTrk::SpacePoint class. It includes now a SpacePointMeasurementDetails to store and read data from strips used to build the space point. Strip space point formation tool is also updated to store the measurement details. These quantities are later on used in the seeding algorithm.
