Fixing stream name in CA version of DAOD thinning example

There is a typo in the stream name passed to the thinning tools in the component accumulator version of the thinning example. This is fixed in this MR. The same fix will need to applied to the component accumulator version of PHYS once !51995 (closed) is merged
