As mentioned in ATR-25387, TriggerEDMAnalsyis.py and TriggerEDMAnalysisShort.py are unused and haven't been updated in quite some time, so removing them from the package.

Deleting TriggerEDMAnalsyis.py and TriggerEDMAnalysisShort.py as they are not used or updated
