Add SimLayout to HITS file metadata of CA-based simulation jobs for back-compatibility

SimLayout in Simulation/Parameters/ is used in the auto-configuration of old-style configuration jobs, so for back-compatibility with the old-style configuration CA-based simulation jobs should include this key:value pair. See ATLASSIM-5796
