Update B-hadron decays in 2022inclusive_BELLE.dec
Fixes from @mshapiro for 2022inclusive_BELLE.dec file. An energy imbalance was noticed with these newly added decay tables. It was due to the decays of B hadrons to some A_1 states. With this fix, the TestHepMC success rate is improved and now 99.988%.
