Adding variables and rename other variables in ttree for seed monitoring

Added a few variables to the TTree for the Acts seed monitoring. Also, change variable names in order to match what is written in the SiSpacePointsSeedMaker validation ntuple.

The track param estimation function is the same used in SiSpacePointsSeedMaker. This is different from the estimated parameters estimated by the Estimate Track Param algorithm.
