We have our new group data area on CVMFS (/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/database/GroupData/HTT/TrigHTTMaps/V1/map_file) so we can update the tools to point to this area and also put back our units tests for TrigHTTMaps. Tagging @fpastore, @tbold and @fpastore
