Ambiguity solving - Add NSW hits

Hi everybody,

this MR enables the ambiguity solving for tracks reconstructed in the NSW regions. The underlying problem was that the NSW PRDs were actually never added to the list of potential PRDs used multiple times by the ambiguity solving. The effect is demonstrated at the best by looking at the eta distribution of 20k Run 3 particle gun events
