ATLASRECTS-6635: Fixes for CompFactory calls on import
Have you ever wondered where you would hide if you were a bug? No? Oh... well, this fixes some of the places where we were calling CompFactory on module import. As discussed in ATLASRECTS-6635 doing stuff on module import is bad.
I think after this is merged flavor tagging won't be bad any more.
This will not change any outputs, it's strictly a bugfix.
