This MR is meant to solve a bug related with the tobindex variable. It saved wrong TOB words in the incorrect EDM containers. Additionally, 3 hard-coded numbers in the .cxx have been moved to the parameter header (all of them related with the number of trailers of the readout format)

Comments will be needed in the future when data from P1 are ready PS: Some comments not necessary in the future are already removed.
