L2MuonSA clean up

Yukihide Ochirequested to merge
yochi/athena:L2SA_clean_up into master
  • Change initial values of CB, SA (trackPattern)
  • Save SA etaBin/phiBin to xAOD in barrel region
  • Check Superpoint existence by SuperpointR/Z with a small tolerance around zero
