TrigSignatureMoni: Add stream type in stream rate monitoring labels

Change the histogram labels used in Trigger rate monitoring for streams from str_<name> to str_<type>_<name>, for example from str_Main to str_physics_Main. This is done to allow filtering of stream rates published in online rate monitoring by the stream type (e.g. to plot all physics stream rates).
