Actually set the properties of MuonMDT_CablingAlg
I'm going to freely admit this might be a mistake, because I can't understand how this was not caught before if it's not. But I traced down a merge error with old / CA config to this, and it seems to me that the properties of the MuonMDT_CablingAlg in the CondSequence aren't set.
