This MR follows !52032 (merged) and fixes some details (in particular : re-enabling the usage of original pflow when matching calocluster positions). For this to work some other details in JetRecTools had to be fixed (automatically setting an ElementLink to the source container in the JetConstituentModSequence alg).

At the same time I enabled UFO jet building in the new config.
