Draft:minbias/MBTS triggers in main menu

A proposal for inclusion of minbias chains in (high-mu) pp menu. Should cover the request for 900 GeV collisions from SM/tracking (ATR-25302). A subset of these chains will be needed for the express stream and online monitoring.

In low mu menu, we assign them to ['Primary:LowMu'] trigger group, how to handle groups here ?

As a side effect, minbias will profit from validation procedures put in place for high mu menu, and collect reference plots for low mu runs.
