ATLASRECTS-7014 : remove the offline reco caloringer from CombinedRec
I expect changes in the ouput, i.e the old style config to not have any more the extra variables with respect to C.A
But what I want really to understand is if anything depends on the code.
In case is not clear this code should not be the Ringer as used in Trigger.
