Jet trigger monitoring - some clean up
replace src/vetoL1Jet with src/L1MonitorAdaptors. The adaptors inluce adapting the call jet->et() to allow inlclusion of the monitoring of the xAOD::JetRoi continaers, which is currentlybeing monitored with by a dedicated Algorithm
remove unused code from Trigger/TrigMonitoring/TrigJetMonitoring/src
