Fix egamma emulation
This is related to ATR-25340, which discuss the fixing crash on Emulation Tool. However, some additional adjustment were needed. One of them is associated to GSF chains, which are now default on electron chains and a small fix on Monitoring side was made. Another one includes a boolean flag in order to skip ambiguity computation.
