Remove old PFlow EDM.

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge atlas-particleflow-software/athena:mhodgkin_removeOldPFlowEDM into master

Removes pre-xAOD particle EDM classes and convertors. According to lxr no code in git athena now depends on these classes. I doubt there is any use case to read run 1 ESD/AOD into R22, so it should be ok to remove these classes.
