TriggerMenuMT Jet/Bjet Dev menu: Adding TLA chains with aligned preselections, LegacyTopo0Group group (ATR-23002,ATR-25112)

Will have to present a proper physics motivation for chains making use of fast flavour-tag calo preselection. Beside the leeway in the precision b-tag working point, a btag TLA also stands to gain from the pflow jet pT gap (4 jets > 25 GeV vs 4 jets > 35 GeV). 2 jets + 2 b-jets also still suit the 3x3 RPV SUSY UDB like signal (2 b-jets + 4 light jets).
