[HLTSeeding] L1DataConsistencyChecker: Extend the list of threshold types excluded from data consistency check

Add a few more names in the default value of the ExcludedThresholdTypes property:

  • add jFex and gFex energy items (TE, XE)
    • HLTSeeding never reads the TOBs for these, so there's nothing to check against
  • add all the direct CTP connection items currently present in the L1 menu
    • there is no TOB readout for these, so again nothing to check against

This addresses part of the issues seen in ATR-24829
