Athena: disable build of CORAL

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/athena:coral_build into master

The build of CORAL within Athena is no longer necessary as the relevant patches have been applied in tdaq-common on cvmfs (at P1 it will be patched tomorrow).

Relates to ATLINFR-4524.
