Pixel readout working with the new Detector Description framework

This MR enables the possibility to read and build the Pixel geometry starting from a corresponding SQLite file. The readout geometry is then set on top of the raw geometry. This new system has been tested locally, running a simulation with muons and ttbars. Simulation runs fine until the end and the HITS are comparable with those obtained using the standard workflow.
