Update name of MSOnly extrapolated muon LRT track collection
There was a small inconsistency in the spelling of the collection MSOnlyExtraPolatedMuonsLRTTrackParticles as defined in MuonCombinedAlgs.py#L401 in the legacy config and the equivalent in the CA config.
In general the spelling of Extrapolated is not consistent between the various collections but I leave this for another MR. I can open an ATLASRECTS ticket if anyone considers this worthwhile.
